An officer saw a couple going at it - arguing that is. He was driving down Hwy. 17 when he passed a car in the median. Inside was an elderly couple from Florida, just letting each other have it.
It turns out they were in an argument over which lane to drive in. The wife was trying to tell her husband how to drive and got mad when he would not listen. She told the officer that she wanted her husband to drive in the right hand lane unless he was passing someone and he instead continued to drive in the left hand lane. And, when she didn't get her way, she grabbed and bit him. She then pulled his hair and that's about the time police arrived. At any rate, they got on their way, headed home to Florida with about six more hours in the car together to argue about the husband's driving.
