Investigators allege: Dunsil was in possession of a stolen 2006 Honda Ridgeline when he drove his girlfriend and their son from her apartment in Summerville to downtown Charleston and back April 20. When the vehicle was recovered one week later, several items belonging to his girlfriend, including a child safety seat and the keys to her apartment, were found inside. The girlfriend said Dunsil stole the keys and borrowed the child seat. The vehicle is worth an estimated $20,000.

Investigators allege: Cook, while outside a Summerville bar April 23, attempted to cut the lock off an enclosed trailer using bolt cutters. The trailer owner said he saw a man try to cut the lock then flee the area on foot. He positively identified Cook as the person with the bolt cutters, as did two other witnesses.
