Sullivan’s Island Elementary School will have a dedication of their new playground sun shade at 8 a.m., Friday, Sept. 18.
All of the SIES students and teachers will gather under the sun shade for the dedication to thank Poe’s Tavern of Sullivan’s Island for its generous donation.  The dedication will include a brief lesson on the importance of sun safety and a ribbon cutting.
