Sullivan’s Island Elementary School had a dedication of its new playground sun shade on Friday, Sept. 18.
All of the Sullivan’s Island Elementary School students and teachers gathered under the sun shade for the dedication to thank Poe’s Tavern of Sullivan’s Island for its donation.  The dedication included a brief lesson on the importance of sun safety and a ribbon cutting.
