Mr. and Mrs. John Henry Saunders of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina announce the engagement of their daughter, Laura Ellen Saunders, to Joseph Harry Long.
He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Long of North Augusta, South Carolina.
Laura earned a B.A. in Psychology from Clemson University and is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Auburn University. Joseph is a graduate of Clemson University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. He is currently employed with the city of Phenix City, Alabama.
A summer wedding will be held on August 14, 2010 at Stella Maris Roman Catholic Church on Sullivan's Island.
