Brian and Thersea Stanton announce the engagement of their daughter Whitney Minee Stanton to Logan Patrick Daigle, all of Mount Pleasant, S.C.
The groom is the son of Mrs. Christine Lorensen of Memphis, Tenn., and Mr. Kenneth Daigle of New Orleans, La.
He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas J. Daigle of Baton Rouge, La.
The bride is the granddaughter of Mr. Richard Novak and the late Lynn Novak of Mount Pleasant, S.C. and Betty D. Stanton of Winterhaven, Fla.
She is a graduate of Wando High School and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Entrepenurship at Winthrop University.
The groom is also a graduate of Wando High School and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The Citadel. He is employed as a product specialist at T-Metrics, Inc. in Charlotte, N.C.
The wedding is planned for May 31, 2009 at the Summerall Chapel at The Citadel in Charleston, S.C.
