A local 9-year-old is turning her passion for art into a unique, flourishing business.
Fourth grader Haley Schmidt is the designer/creator of HaleyBop, a clothing line that features her artwork. The Charles Pinckney Elementary student donates a dollar from every sale to Art With a Heart For Children, a program that uses art to help heal critically ill children.
