Students give back with Kona Ice

The line went for quite a distance as Kona Ice visited Pinckney Elementary School for a Gather and Giveback for Courageous Kidz event. PHOTOS PROVIDED


Kona Ice had an event with Pickney Elementary Friday May 24. Lisa Marino, a teacher at the school, hosted a Gather and Giveback for Courageous Kidz.

They raised more than $600 in just three and a half hours for the non-profit group. Aidan Lane was the child who inspired the school for such a great giving power. He was laid to rest on Saturday June 1.
