Tennyson and Stone wed

Patricia Morgan Tennyson of Mount Pleasant and Peter Davidson Stone of Mount Pleasant were married on August 12, 2012, at a 2:30 p.m. ceremony at Sullivan’s Island Baptist Church. Dr. Peter Beck officiated. Music was provided by Austin Crane. A reception was held at Harbourside East following the ceremony.
The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Lewis Tennyson of Mount Pleasant. Her grandparents are Mrs. Patricia Morgan and the late Dr. Samuel K. Morgan and Mrs. Eloise Tennyson and the late Barney M. Tennyson.
The groom is a son of Mrs. Stanley Warren Stone and the late Reverend Stanley Stone of Mount Pleasant.. He is a grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Bobby R. Stone of Alto, Georgia.
The bride was given away by her father.
The matron of honor was Marie Tennyson Allen and maid of honor was Melissa Paige McKeithan. Bridesmaids were Callie Elizabeth Stone and Lauren Ellen LaFever.
The best man was Christopher Waring Stone. Groomsmen were Zachary Wilson Hart, Francis Joseph Cisa, Daniel Lee Kulhanek and Geoffrey Daniel Allen.
A bridal luncheon was given by the bride’s Aunt, Mrs. Jim Tennyson, at the Old Village Post House.
A rehearsal dinner was given by the groom’s mother at 17 North Roadside Cafe on August 11.
The Groom is a graduate of Charleston Southern University and will be attending Southern Seminary in New York, New York. The bride is attending Charleston Southern University and will be graduating in December.
After a honeymoon in the Bahamas, the couple will reside in Mount Pleasant.
