Just plain mean

A middle school kid reported to police that someone had stolen his bike off the bike rack at school. The bike wasn’t worth much money, but it was his mode of transportation to and from school.

According to an incident report the student filed, the suspect was seen taking the bike on the school surveillance cameras.

The unknown suspect walks to the front of the school and past the bike rack. Then he looks around suspiciously and goes back to the bike rack. He then chooses a cruiser type bike and rode off down the street.
