More than 50 running enthusiasts showed up at Alhambra Hall on New Year’s Day at 8 a.m. for a 13-mile run to welcome 2013. It was an informal gathering with some people running shorter distances, while three people ran 20.13 miles. Ages varied from 10 years old to over 70.
