US 17 Improvements Between the Isle of Palms Connector and Darrell Creek Trail Lane Closure Notification
Starting at 9 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 18 and continuing until 6 am on Tuesday, Jan. 22, the fast (inside) lane on Highway 17 NB will be closed between the intersection of US 17 and the Isle Of Palms Connector and the intersection of US 17 and Brickyard. The other two northbound lanes will remain open through this lane closure.
The purpose of this closure is to allow crews to start milling and repaving lanes between the Isle of Palms Connector and Brickyard Parkway. Each of the three lanes will have its own stretch of lane closures depending upon the weather for paving. This lane closure announcement is for the inside lane closest to the median. The two other northbound lanes will remain open throughout this closure.
•PLEASE ALSO NOTE THERE ARE ALSO CLOSURES FOR THE US 17/I-526 EXIT 29/HUNGRYNECK BOULEVARD INTERCHANGE HAPPENING THIS WEEKEND AND INTO NEXT WEEK
