Green wins award for marksmanship
Photo Provided Cadet Ladaesha Green earned an award for markmanship in the Marine Corp JROTC Postal Rifle Match.
Cadet Ladaesha Green competed with five other Lincoln High School cadets in the Marine Corp JROTC Postal Rifle Match on Nov. 15. For her outstanding performance of marksmanship skills during postal match, Cadet Green was awarded a medal and certificate for attaining the highest combined score on the Lincoln High School Army JROTC Marksmanship Team. Lincoln High School’s Army JROTC competes in at least four marksmanship competitions each year, teaching cadets marksmanship skills as well as, and most importantly weapons safety.
