Police were called by a man claiming someone got raped. He was very vague with dispatchers and even more so when police arrived. He told police, according to the report, that the victim had just left the residence on foot. The man then changed his story and said she did not get raped, but she was assaulted. He said his brother was the suspect and he came home and started punching the victim in the head and the complainant witnessed it first-hand, according to the report.

The officer recalled passing a male subject on a road to the house and the subject fit this man’s brothers description.

Other officers started patrolling the area for this suspect and found him sleeping behind a dumpster near a local business. They questioned this man, and according to the report, he said he had assaulted the victim and the complainant. He said he had been out of town and came home to find the two in bed together.

The complainant then changed his story and admitted to being in bed with the female. He said he did not want to press charges, now.

The officer then asked the suspect if he lived with his brother, and he said “not really.”

The suspect was then placed on trespass notice from the brother’s residence. The report said he was also told he could not sleep behind the dumpster and that he needed to keep moving.
