Sprouts Musical Theatre presents ‘Hansel & Gretel’

A brother and sister get lost in the woods only to be found by an old witch with a big oven and a taste for children....

With the audience of children sitting only a few feet away from the action, there are hilarious lyrics, beautiful ballads, magical effects, uproarious chase-scenes, tons of audience participation and lots of happy endings.

Tickets are $10 in advance or $12 at the door. Season tickets are also available for only $25 per person to attend “Hansel & Gretel”, “Rapunzel” and “Jack & the Beanstalk.”

Sprouts Musical Theatre, a professional, international, award winning company, remains one of Charleston’s best kept secrets. Originated in Boston in the 1980s, Sprouts has grown into a library of more than two dozen original musicals adapted from classic fairy tales or developed as original material by Artistic Director, Stan Gill.

Sprouts Musical Theatre is located in Creative Spark Center for the Arts on Long Point Road in Mount Pleasant.
