Lowcountry Highrollers open season Feb. 10

  • Wednesday, February 6, 2013

Your Lowcountry Highrollers are once again going skate to skate with one another as all three home teams battle it out in a round robin tournament season opener, Sunday Feb. 10.

Join the sneaky Swampfoxes, the sassy Ashley Riverdolls and the notorious Holy City Heartbreakers as they duke it out for the first time this season. The Dolls are looking for some revenge after a gut-wrenching loss in the championship game to the Heartbreakers last season after having run the regular season undefeated. The Foxes are also looking to reclaim the top spot after finishing out last season in third place.

Don’t miss a minute of the action starting at 6 p.m. at Hot Wheels Skating Center, 1523 Folly Road on James Island. There will be food trucks on hand to fill your tummies including Diggity Doughnuts to satisfy the sweet tooth.

Plus, get $1 off admission at the door or a free raffle ticket if you bring in an item of pet food to benefit Pet Helpers.

Bout admission is $10 for adults and $5 for kids ages 10 and under. You can purchase your tickets at the door or in advance at StrangerTickets.com. http://charleston.strangertickets.com/events/6978397/home-bout-1.
