Anna Jennie Wheeler Oswald to celebrate 88th

Anna Jennie Wheeler Oswald, a resident of Mount Pleasant, will celebrate her 88th birthday on Feb. 20. Anna was born in Greenville, Mich., to Russell and Mildred Sharp. She married the late Vernon Wheeler and they had eight children. Anna retired from Shaw Walker-Noll Corporation and worked many years after as a Certified Nursing Assistant. She and childhood sweetheart, Max Oswald, reconnected and married in 1998. Anna’s children, and many grand and great grandchildren, reside in Colorado, Michigan, North Carolina, Tennessee and locally. Anna enjoys time with family and her church in bible study and community outreach, as well as travel. She will celebrate her birthday with family and friends.
