Schools team up with Red Cross to hold blood drive

Thomas Cario Middle School Principal Hudson along with parents of students gave blood as part of a school student council service project with the American Red Cross.
Cario Student Council, Pinckney Elementary and the American Red Cross partnered for a successful Blood Drive.
According to the Red Cross, 54 pints of blood were collected which will help save 162 lives.
Principal J. Hudson and parents from the community donated their blood and time for a great cause.
Staff at the schools would like to thank all who participated.
