Bridge Run charity needs volunteers
The Medical University of South Carolina’s Children’s Hospital is proud to serve this year as a feature charity of the Cooper River Bridge Run. As one its obligations as a Cooper River Bridge Run Charity, the hospital needs 100 volunteers at the race start. The CRBR takes place on Saturday, April 6, and volunteers would need to be at the race start on Coleman Boulevard by 5:45 a.m. Your duties will involve policing one of four of the different “wave starts” for the race. All volunteers will receive a special T-shirt.
All volunteers who have registered for the race are welcome to participate in the race and would simply join the race when their registered group starts. You do not need to participate in the race to volunteer.
This is a wonderful opportunity be a part of a spectacular race while supporting an amazing cause.
If you are interested in volunteering, please email Megan Stoffel at stoffel@musc.edu.
