Mr. and Mrs. Jeff Adams Willis of Early Branch, S.C., announce the engagement of their daughter, Hannah Rebecca Willis, to Charlton Aaron Rustin. He is the son of Dr. and Mrs. Dowse Daniel Rustin, Sr. of Mount Pleasant, S.C.
Hannah’s paternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Manker (Ramona) Willis of Early Branch, S.C.
Her maternal grandparents are the late Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Lee (Joanne) Adams of Hurricane, W.V. Charlton’s paternal grandparents are the late Mr. and Mrs. Rudolph Bird (Alif) Rustin, Sr. of Charleston, S.C. His maternal grandparents are the late Mr. and Mrs. Happy Nick (Joan) Lempesis, Sr. of James Island, S.C. He is the great nephew of Mrs. Constance (Dena) Calamas of Charleston, S.C.
The future bride is a graduate of Wade Hampton High School in Hampton, S.C. and she graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science degree in biological sciences.
She is a Doctor of Dental Medicine candidate at the Medical University of South Carolina.
The future groom is a graduate of Porter Gaud School in Charleston, S.C. and he received a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Citadel in international politics.
He is employed at MetLife as a financial services representative in Charleston, S.C.
The wedding is planned for June 8, 2013, at the Greek Orthodox Church of the Holy Trinity in Charleston, S.C.
