Charleston Animal Society holds ‘Everything Sprouts in Spring’ adoption drive

  • Tuesday, April 23, 2013

WHAT: Spring’s first community adoption drive to find homes for more than 100 dogs and cats. Special promotions and pricing highlight the adoption campaign, including free gift cards from PetSmart Charities for all adoptions on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

WHO: Charleston Animal Society, sponsored by PetSmart Charities.

WHY: Spring is when litters quickly fill up space at Charleston Animal Society, which takes in 90 percent of the community’s animals and never turns an animal away. To make space for more animals coming in every day, homes need to be found for the first wave of spring litters and adult dogs and cats.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND: Anyone who loves animals and is willing to make a space in their heart and home for an adorable dog or cat.

WHEN: Wednesday, April 24 – Friday, April 26 from noon to 6 p.m., Saturday, April 27 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Sunday, April 28 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
