The 26th annual Blessing of the Fleet and Seafood Festival presented by East Cooper Medical Center was held Sunday at Memorial Waterfront Park.

The rains held off and the cloud cover kept things cool for party-goers.

Father Len Williams of the Charleston Port and Seafarers Society and Father John Parker of Holy Ascension Orthodox Church were the ministers who blessed the five boat fleet this year.
