WHAT: Fee-waived adoptions being offered on select dogs.
WHO: Charleston Animal Society.
WHY: Charleston Animal Society takes in 90% of the community’s animals and never turns an animal away. The shelter is currently at its capacity and space is needed to ease overcrowding.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND: Anyone who loves animals and is willing to make a space in their heart and home for an adorable dog or cat.
WHEN: Friday, May 17 from noon to 6 p.m.; Saturday, May 18 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; and Sunday, May 19 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
WHERE: Charleston Animal Society, 2455 Remount Rd., North Charleston.
