Free bike

  • Friday, June 14, 2013

The honor system doesn’t always work and sometimes common sense is called for.

Like for example when you don’t lock your bike when its out. You can’t really expect it to be sitting where you left it. But one man did. He leaned his bike up against a store and went inside to make some purchases. And sure enough, when he came back outside the bike was gone.

He reported it stolen and was able to described the bike to police. The description included the fact that the bike had a lock on it that was not utilized. The bike, valued at $400, will not likely be located.
