Patriots Point Foundation announces SCDMV US Navy Chief Petty Officer license plate

The newest SCDMV military license plate, “US Navy Chief Petty Officer” is available. The plate may be ordered by all active duty and retired Chief Petty Officers. The plate costs $60 plus the cost of registration. Proceeds from the sale of this plate will be distributed to Patriots Point Foundation and used to preserve the heritage of the ships and displays of the Patriots Point Naval and Maritime Museum in Charleston Harbor.

The plate was designed by active duty Chief Derek Meier and is sponsored by the Chief’s Messes at Naval Nuclear Power Training Unit and Nuclear Power Training Command, Charleston, and Patriots Point Foundation.
