Children’s Choir from Uganda to perform at Mount Pleasant church

Imani Milele Children’s Choir is coming to you at Unity Baptist Church, 950 Whipple Rd., on June 30 at the 11 a.m. service.

Imani Milele is a Ugandan phrase that literally means “everlasting faith.”

Imani Children’s Choir’s purpose is promoting and bringing awareness to the plight of the orphaned and vulnerable children in Uganda through their craft in music and dance.

Their performances have earned them recognition as one of the best children’s choirs in the nation. The ministry cares for more than 3,000 children, providing housing, education, skill training and Jesus Christ-centered values.

The IMANI Children’s Choir has performed in, Washington D.C., Ohio, Oklahoma and

Mount Pleasant.

These orphaned children bring an amazing message of hope in Christ through song and dance. Overcoming the culture barrier with the gifts of music and love. For more information call 843-884-7144. This a free concert and a love offering will be taken to support the Imani Children’s ministry.
