Tim Grow to lead Charleston office for Elliott Davis

Elliott Davis, one of the largest accounting, tax and consulting services firms in the Southeast, has tapped Timothy A. Grow to be its Charleston Office Managing Shareholder, effective July 1.

A certified public accountant who focuses on assurance and management consulting, Grow will provide day-to-day office management as well as oversee the strategic growth of the firm’s Lowcountry practice.

“We opened our Charleston office in 2008 and it has been on our priority list ever since,” said Rick Davis, firm managing shareholder for Elliott Davis. “We’ve experienced great success here due to our dedicated clients – and our dedicated people.”

Grow has been with Elliott Davis for 16 years and in that time has worked in three of Elliott Davis’ South Carolina offices.

“Tim’s unwavering commitment to the firm always has been apparent. In addition, his big picture perspective of firm operations, practice growth, talent development as well as recruitment will be advantageous in taking on this new leadership role,” said Davis.

From a client service perspective, Grow works with organizations across a wide-range of industry sectors including construction, manufacturing, aviation, assisted living, real estate and governmental entities such as school districts and charter schools.

Grow is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, South Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants, Construction Financial Management Association, Association of General Contractors and Public Charter School Alliance of South Carolina. He earned a Masters of Accountancy and B.S. in Accounting from the University of South Carolina.
