Celebrity chefs, television hosts and authors Robert Irvine and Marvin Woods will mix it up in the kitchen during Demo Impossible, 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. on July 25 at the Culinary Institute of Charleston’s Palmer Campus in downtown Charleston. The audience can expect an entertaining experience as the famous chefs challenge one another and collaborate to create dishes that are as healthy as they are delicious.
With more than 25 years in the culinary profession, chef Robert Irvine has cooked his way through Europe, the Far East, the Caribbean and the Americas, in hotels and on the high seas. Currently, he is the host of Food Network’s “Restaurant: Impossible” and has been previously seen on “Dinner: Impossible” and “Worst Cooks in America.”
Chef Marvin Woods is recognized by fans and peers alike for his infectious personality, signature bandana and wildly inventive take on food rooted in northern Africa, South America, the Caribbean and the United States Lowcountry. All tickets to Demo Impossible include food and beverage. General admission tickets are $50 per person. A limited number of VIP tickets, $125 per person, include reserved seating in the demo kitchen.
