Boys will be boys

A police officer patrolling Park West drove through the three school campus one afternoon and heard a car engine revving up. The officer drove toward the noise to investigate and noticed a sports car backed up to a speed hump.

The driver began spinning his tires causing the speed hump to lift up. The officer then stopped to speak with the driver who said he understood why he was being charged.

The 42-year-old driver had damaged two speed humps on the school property and was charged with vandalism.

The rubber speed humps, held in place by a bolt had been ripped away.

The man as also charged with reckless driving.
