The Party in the Park will begin at 6 p.m. with a Charleston official welcoming the Independence Fund to Charleston and kicking off the Lt Dan Weekend.
There will be two fantastic bands entertaining that evening. Headrush, one of Charleston’s local favorites, and Blue Suede Soul, out of North Carolina. Headrush takes the stage at 6 p.m., Blue Suede Soul starting at 8 pm, with the evening concluding at 10 p.m.
Tickets and Will Call tickets, will be available for Saturday evenings concert, along with food, shirts, information and other materials involving the Independence Fund.

Dan Weekend. “What a fantastic opportunity to thank some of our countries true American Heroes.”
“The Independence Fund hopes that the Charleston community will join us for this wonderful evening. Bring your chairs, spread your blankets on the lawn and watch the sun set over the beautiful Ashley River, all while listening to some great music and spending time with the people who fought to support our freedom.,” she continues.
