‘I was shot at’

  • Saturday, September 21, 2013

Police raced to a discount shopping center after getting a call about a man claiming to have been robbed and shot at.

They arrived to find the supposed victim standing in front of the store speaking wildly about several issues. He was hard to even understand, the report said. But he claimed to have been robbed and shot at. However, he could not provide any information pertaining to the alleged incident. The police report said the man was very delusional and could not talk in full sentences or stay on one thought. EMS was called and after evaluating him they determined the man needed to go to the hospital for a psychiatric evaluation. The man agreed to go with EMS without issue.
