Students visit Statehouse

Coastal Christian’s Student Leadership Team visited governor Nikki Haley on Monday, Sept. 30. They toured the Statehouse and she told them about her views on the state both politically and economically. They also had a question/answer session. Headmaster Joe Hulsey and teacher Michelle Axson chaperoned the trip. Mrs. Axson and Governor Haley were high school classmates. Students on this leadership team include: Rachel Horn, Hunter Hendricks, Cat Aydlette, Aaron Schnupp, Cory McDonald, Josh Morgan, Tiffany Mobley, Ben Forbes, Mary Miles Faulkenberry, Will Myrick and Sarah Silcox.
