Located in the center of Mount Pleasant, new restaurant SOL will have a hip and sophisticated atmosphere that is casual, family-friendly and fun.
Its approach to food is simple, fresh and prepared to order using spices and flavors from the great Southwest. Staff feature a true “from scratch” kitchen with a wood-fire grill they’ve affectionately named Lola.
To support the community, they will source as many local ingredients as possible for their homemade marinades, sauces, spice blends, relishes and salsas.
The dining room is open and expansive allowing for flexible seating in case you see your neighbors and decide to join them.
And when the weather is right, you’ll want to enjoy your meal or cocktails on the outdoor patio where you can choose a seat at the outdoor bar, comfy outdoor lounge or covered and uncovered patio. The new indoor/outdoor bar features a premium tequila selection with nearly 60 to be sipped slowly or enjoyed in one of the restaurant’s signature margaritas. And if tequila is not your thing you can also enjoy a hand-crafted cocktails using fresh squeezed juices and exotic ingredients or choose from one of 16 craft beers on tap.
