Don’t threaten me
An employee and a manager had it out one afternoon. The employee told police that her manager apparoached her and asked her to attend a five miute in-service meeting for training.
She told her manager that she would but would have to clock out five minutes later than normal as a result.
Out of nowhere the manager yelled and pointed her finger in the employee’s face and said, “You are not going to threaten me lilke that.”
The employee told the officer she was very surprised and somewhat frightened.
She said she seperated herself from the situaion and called 911.
Police then questioned the manager who said the exact same story except opposite. She said it was the employee who got in her face and wagged her finger.
According to the report, there was no physical contact and no charged could be pressed.
They were left to work out their differences.
