The Cassina Group, a Charleston based real estate company, was recognized as one of the top performing companies in the state of South Carolina. The company was awarded at SC Biz News’ annual Roaring Twenties event held Oct. 24 in Columbia.

“We are flattered to have been included in this exclusive list of top-performing companies,” said Jimmy Dye, co-founder of The Cassina Group. “Our company has grown every year since its founding, and we are excited to continue this positive trajectory.”

The Cassina Group was founded by Jimmy Dye and Robertson Allen in 2006 and has since grown to a company of 16 general brokerage agents and four buyer’s agents. Company sales for the year have already exceeded those of 2012 with 315 transactions closed for a total sales volume of over $129 million. They have two offices in the Charleston area including one in Mount Pleasant and one in downtown Charleston.

“2013 has been an incredibly productive year for us,” said Robertson Allen, co-founder of The Cassina Group. “We attribute the majority of our success to our wonderful clients and hard-working full-time agents, and we are thrilled to have been recognized.”

The annual Roaring Twenties event distinguishes the states’ best performing companies. Rankings are compiled by SC Biz News and are based on both dollar and percentage increases in revenue over the past three years. The Cassina Group placed 11th in the list of top 20 small companies in the state.
