That’s my paper

  • Sunday, November 10, 2013

A woman had been complaining to the local paper that her paper was not being delivered. But one afternoon, she went a few houses down to visit her daughter. She happened to look out the window, and right before her eyes she watched a man go to her house and steal her paper.

He unfolded the paper as he walked and caught up on the local news.

She was able to identify the man, because he happened to live in the area. She called police and explained the situation. She said she did not want to press charges but wanted the man to stop stealing her morning paper.

Officers went to the man’s house but he was not home. Some of his relatives were and the officers asked them to relay the message that he should stop stealing his neighbors newspaper. They said they would.
