Coastal Christian Preparatory School’s Equestrian Team is in its second year and has already doubled in size since last year. Their first year was a great success with riders qualifying and placing at regional finals. This season is off to a great start, with all riders who showed at the first show in Statesboro, Ga., placing in the top six. Coastal Christian will be co-hosting two shows with Storybook Farm on John’s Island in November and January. Upcoming shows at Storybook are:

Sunday, Nov. 17 - starting at 9:30 a.m. (CCPS is co-hosting)

Saturday, Jan. 18 - starting at 9:30 a.m.

Sunday, Jan. 19 - starting at 9:30 a.m.(CCPS is co-hosting)

Storybook is located at 1136 Bees Ferry Rd. on John’s Island. The shows usually go all day long (at least until 3:30 p.m.), and there is no charge for admission to watch.
