Wells Fargo stagecoach rolls into Mount Pleasant for parade
Pulled by a team of horses, the iconic Wells Fargo stagecoach will make an appearance in Mount Pleasant to participate in the 18th annual Christmas Light Parade, at approximately 5:45 p.m.
Started in 1852, Wells Fargo came to own and operate the largest stagecoach system in the world. Ever since, the Wells Fargo Stagecoach has been among the most recognized, appreciated and enduring corporate symbols in America. For more than 150 years, it has represented Wells Fargo’s dedication to serving the customers and the communities we all live in. It is the living expression of Wells Fargo’s brand essence — working together — and is an important part of both America’s history and future.
“We are proud to support the Mount Pleasant community by having the iconic Wells Fargo stagecoach take part in this year’s Christmas parade,” said Rick Redden, community banking regional president for Wells Fargo in South Carolina. “We take pride in supporting Mount Pleasant, as well as local communities across South Carolina. Our goal is to help build strong and vibrant communities, improve the quality of life, and make a positive difference.”
Redden and his family will ride atop the Stagecoach in the parade while Wells Fargo team members will distribute candy along the route.
