Crosby has served on the commission since 1998. During his tenure, he has served as vice-chair of the commission, chair of the personnel committee and as a representative on the Town of Mount Pleasant Economic Development Committee.
Burn came to the commission as the chair of the Water Supply Committee for the Town of Mount Pleasant and served as an ex-officio member.
