High Wire offers holiday releases

They’re finally here. After months of taunting you with these spirits in the Tasting Room, High Wire Distilling is excited to announce they are available for purchase in very limited quantities at the distillery only. This is shaping up to be a very Happy Holiday indeed. Stop in soon to pick up these very limited batch spirits.

Belonger’s Rum: Aged six months in used Woodford Reserve casks, this rum boasts a strong rye whiskey undertone and notes of vanilla and cinnamon. Belonger’s Rum is a great spirit for a dark and stormy and pairs perfectly with Bittermilk’s Smoked Honey Whiskey Sour cocktail mixer (also available in the emporium).

Bourbon Whiskey: Distilled from heirloom corn grown in Western North Carolina, this Bourbon is the very first of its kind produced in downtown Charleston since Prohibition. It was also distilled under the watchful eye of 17-year Maker’s Mark master distiller, Dave Pickerell. There are very limited quantities of this bourbon, so pick up your bottle today.

Sorghum Whiskey: Incredibly smooth with notes of butterscotch and vanilla, this Quarter Acre Sorghum Whiskey is made from hand-harvested sorghum grown in eastern Tennessee. It is the only Sorghum spirit ever produced in the South and is available in very limited quantities.
