TTC seeking speakers for Administrative Professionals conference

Trident Technical College’s Division of Continuing Education and Economic Development is seeking speakers for its 2014 Administrative Professionals Conference. Scheduled for Wednesday, April 23, this one-day conference traditionally runs from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and includes a keynote speaker, guest presenters and a panel discussion. The deadline for proposals is Friday, Jan. 3.

Conference organizers are looking for inspirational speakers who can share unique experiences, new techniques or concepts relevant to today’s administrative professionals who support offices on a daily basis. Administrative assistants, receptionists, paralegals, office managers, executive assistants and any support staff personnel would find the topics covered in this conference beneficial to them in advancing their career and should attend.

Proposals from potential speakers should include the following information and be submitted to Debby Marindin, director of corporate and IT training, at debby.marindin@tridenttech.edu. Applications should include: name; job title; company name; email address; phone number; session working title; session description; presentation time length; list three to five benefits the audience will derive from your session; if the proposed session is a panel, provide moderator and panelist information (name, title, company); and any honorarium requested (if applicable).
