Two grown men got into a little tussle in a grocery store parking lot one afternoon because the man driving a car almost hit the man riding the bike.

The man on the bike flipped the man in the car off and then followed him into the parking lot where they exchanged words.

The 47-year-old man riding the bike then grabbed the 71-year-old man driving the car. He grabbed him by the neck and said, ďletís go behind the building,Ē as if to fight.

The police officer, who was called in after the incident, could see visible red marks on the manís neck.

The driver told the officer that the man riding the bike told him his name.

Police pulled up his information and went to his home to speak to him.

He admitted to grabbing the victim by the neck and said he became angry when the driver almost ran him over on his bike.

He was apologetic, according to the report, and said his anger got the best of him. He said he should not have followed the man into the parking lot.

The officer explained that the victim did not wish to pursue charges and that the suspect should keep his emotions in check in the future.

The victim was informed that the suspect was sorry over the incident.
