Some people take their dry cleaning very seriously - especially when it isn’t done to their satisfaction.

Like this one lady who picked up her shirt and found the shirt to be dirty and wrinkled. She demanded a refund. But the clerk working the counter was not authorized to provide that. She could only offer the customer the opportunity to have the shirt redone.

But the customer was not happy with that offer and became irate and started telling at her.

At this point the young clerk called the police.

She had the officer place the customer on trespass notice. The officer also explained to the customer that the store policy was to have a manager handle refunds and that the manager was out of town. He explained that this was a civil issue. However, she was not to return to the store. The woman was cooperative and said that she would not because she would not be doing anymore business with them.
