The Dunlop Junior Tennis Championship and the Family Circle Tennis Center are hosting 340 of the top regionally and nationally ranked junior tennis players this weekend.

The event includes the top 32 players of each age division from U8-U18 of the United States Tennis Association Southern. The winner of the girls U18 receives a wildcard entry into the qualifying rounds of the Family Circle Cup in March.

Top seeds from the girls U18 division include Varvara Flink (Fla.) ranked No. 2 ITF, Kaitlyn McCarthy (N.C.) ranked No.3 girls national, and Terri Fleming (Ga.) ranked No. 12 girls national.

Past winners include Alison Riske, ranked No. 46 by the Women’s Tennis Association, and Shelby Rogers, ranked No. 119.

Matches will be spread throughout 45 courts around the Charleston area, including Daniel Island Club, Wild Dunes Resort and Live to Play Tennis in Mount Pleasant.
