Family Circle donates $10,000 to MUSC Hollings Cancer Center

Dewey Caulder, Nancy Heinz, Debbie Bordeau and Wally Burbage were on hand for Thursday’s check presentation from Family Circle to the MUSC Hollings Cancer Center. PROVIDED

Family Circle Tennis Center donated $10,000 to the Medical University of South Carolina Hollings Cancer Center Thursday.

The money was raised by Family Circle’s Holiday Classic tournament, played in December and sponsored by Wally Burbage Allstate Insurance. The annual event drew 215 players to Daniel Island this year.

Family Circle Director of Tennis Dewey Caulder, membership manager Nancy Heinz and Wally Burbage presented the check to MUSC Director of Development Debbie Bordeau.
