Already HomeCare recently announced that is has received certification as a Trusted Provider from Home Care Pulse. This certification shows that the Charleston home care company is strongly committed to their client's satisfaction.
“It is an honor to be awarded this certification because it is based on a tangible measurement of quality and client feedback, said John Minor, founder of Already HomeCare. “This certification should show families that we are a trusted provider that can deliver the care their loved ones need and deserve.”
Home Care Pulse, a third-party research company, created the Certified – Trusted Provider distinction to measure client satisfaction in areas such as timeliness of caregivers, compassion of caregivers, services being provided as promised and overall quality of care. Home Care Pulse believes that through this distinction, families can be educated and get the help they need with home care decisions for their loved ones.
Already HomeCare has proven their commitment to their clients' satisfaction by partnering with Home Care Pulse. The information is gathered each month, and statistics are compiled from client feedback via random, live telephone interviews. Providers are sent a report, containing client feedback and satisfaction scores. With these results, each provider is able to highlight their successes and make goals for improvement.
“This is a big accomplishment for the Already HomeCare team,” said Bullard. “We are truly dedicated to becoming the best Charleston home care company, and it is nice to know we have so many satisfied customers out there.”
