Leave my sister alone

  • Friday, March 7, 2014

Police were called to a fast food restaurant due to harassing phone calls.

The victim told police that she got a phone call from a former employee’s sister. That same former employee had stated to the manager that if she saw the victim at the fast food restaurant she was going to beat her up.

The victim told police she was at that restaurant the other day without incident. But then the victim got a call on her personal cell phone from the former employee’s sister that said, “leave my sister alone or I will stomp you in the ground.”

She asked that the suspect be placed on trespass from the restaurant and for the phone calls to stop.

The suspect was reached on the phone so she could be notified. She said she nor her sister called the victim and that the real truth was that the alleged victim had been calling and harassing her.

She was told to notify police in her jurisdiction if she wanted to file a complaint.

She was told she would go to jail if she came back to the restaurant and she said she understood.
