Billie Fountain is the electronic alter ego of singer/songwriter Corey Webb, a project he developed within the last few years while studying music production in London. Billie will be making his debut with a live band and supported by Danielle Howle and Firework Show at “King Dusko” located at 541 King St. in downtown Charleston. The show starts at 8 p.m. on March 21. Tickets are $5.
The release of Billie Fountain's new single “Stick Shift” has received coverage and radio play from dance stations in countries including the U.K., Germany, France, India, New Zealand, Sweden and Argentina, and was recently presented at a popular mobile DJ showcase known as “Boiler Room” produced in Mexico. Billie Fountain will perform with a band rooted in songwriting and live performance. Members include Zach Bodtorf, Casey Atwater, Brandon Brooks and Ben Jacobs.
