It can be hard to get along with step-parents but one should not lunge at each other nor break household items. However, a young teenage girl got into an argument with her step-mother and did just that, breaking a glass lamp, yelling and screaming about the house. The girl’s father jumped in between his daughter and wife and the two never made physical contact. But police were called.

The step-mother said she did not want to press any charges and the girl got a ride to a friends house for the night.
