Daniel Island Real Estate is expanding its reach and strengthening its brand with new affiliations in two prestigious real estate networks. The top-selling real estate agency on Daniel Island is now a member of the Luxury Real Estate and Leverage Global Partners networks. Both networks represent the finest luxury real estate brokers around the globe, known for their proven expertise in the marketing and sale of luxury properties in their specific markets. As a member of these networks, Daniel Island Real Estate will be promoted as the premier authority on Daniel Island to a broad range of luxury real estate agents and buyers around the world.
“It is an honor to be joining these two networks of elite industry peers,” said Rick Vale, Daniel Island Real Estate's Broker-in-Charge. “These affiliations would not be possible without the hard work of our team. We're particularly proud of their achievements in this year's local Realtors of Distinction awards,” he added.
Eight of the 11 sales associates at Daniel Island Real Estate are ranked among the top ten listing and selling agents on Daniel Island in the “Realtors of Distinction” award administered by the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors. They are Carey Tipple, Brian Connolly, Brenda Cook, Meg Latour, Angie Johnson, Rick Horger, Meryl Cromarty and Sally Castengera. “Realtors of Distinction” represent the top 10 percent of Charleston Realtors performing in a specific market. In addition, seven of the company's sales associates ranked among the top 10 percent of realtors in the entire Charleston region (out of approximately 4,000 realtors).
